Job summary

Bapco Energies seeks an Analyst- ESG Reporting to collect, analyze, and validate ESG data, aligning with Sustainability & ESG Strategy. You will support reporting, dashboards, and external disclosures while promoting transparency and accountability.

The role emphasizes accuracy, stakeholder communication, and keeping pace with evolving ESG standards, including SASB/TCFD, within Bahrain's energy sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field and ESG-related education.
• Minimum 5 years in ESG, sustainability, or related areas; energy sector exposure is an advantage.
• Strong grasp of ESG principles and reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD).
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint); familiarity with ESG data platforms and basic Power BI is a plus.
• Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to craft clear reports and presentations.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills; comfortable presenting in meetings.
• Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail; capable of managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and streamline ESG reporting processes across units.
• Maintain ESG dashboards and prepare presentations of performance aligned with GRI/TCFD frameworks.
• Assist in drafting the Annual ESG Report and disclosures.
• Develop visuals and narratives for senior executives and external stakeholders.
• Uphold transparency and accountability in communications.
