Job summary

Bapco Energies in Bahrain is seeking a Senior Security Officer to lead and coordinate security management across all locations, ensuring policy compliance, access control, CCTV operations, incident management, and emergency preparedness.

The role provides technical guidance, investigates incidents, liaises with authorities, supports asset protection, and mentors site personnel, with travel across company locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in security management or related field.
• Professional certifications are preferred.
• Minimum 7-10 years of relevant security experience in high-risk sectors.
• Strong knowledge of physical security, CCTV, access control, investigations, and crisis management.
• Fluent in English; Arabic desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate security management activities across all locations.
• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and systems.
• Monitor CCTV, access control, intrusion systems, and related technologies.
• Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed reports.
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities and assist in emergency response.
