Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law from a recognized university.
• Minimum 2 years of legal practice with labor law exposure.
• Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law and disciplinary procedures.

Responsibilities

• Participate in committees to conduct investigations and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Draft investigation letters, minutes, opinions and reports for management.
• Advise management on employee relations, disciplinary actions, and policy matters.
• Coordinate with Ministry of Labour and other authorities as required.
