Qualifications

• BA/BS in finance or real estate; CFA Level 2 is a plus.
• 2-3 years of financial analysis experience in hotel, consulting, banking, brokerage or real estate.
• Strong financial projection modelling and advanced Excel skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; high attention to confidentiality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial modelling.
• Conduct financial and operational analysis for development projects.
• Coordinate and support financial due diligence and valuation with cross-functional teams.
• Gather operating data and research industry trends.
• Liaise with internal teams and external associates.
• Assist in due diligence and in preparing high-quality reports and presentations.
• Centralize project information and documentation.
• Support development processes and present findings for senior leadership.
