Job summary

Restart Technology in Bahrain is seeking a part-time Data / Reporting / BI specialist to join a hybrid role based in Capital Governorate. You will collect, clean and organize data from multiple systems, build and maintain BI reports and dashboards, and present findings to internal stakeholders to drive product and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience with data analysis and data analytics to derive insights.
• Strong data management skills ensuring data integrity.
• Data modeling experience to design effective reporting structures.
• Ability to translate business questions into metrics and KPIs.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and SQL.
• Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation and automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, statistics, business, or related field.
• Strong communication to present findings clearly and collaborate cross-functionally.

Role Description

This part-time Data / Reporting / Business Intelligence role is a hybrid position based in Capital Governorate, Bahrain, with flexibility for some work from home. The role involves collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from multiple systems, then performing data analysis to generate accurate and actionable reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders and clients. The candidate will work closely with product, operations, and engineering teams to define metrics, monitor performance, and translate business questions into analytical solutions. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining BI reports, validating data quality, documenting data definitions, and supporting ad hoc data requests. The role also involves presenting findings in a clear, structured way to help decision-makers optimize products, processes, and resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Data Analysis and Data Analytics skills for interpreting complex datasets and generating meaningful insights.
• Candidates should possess solid Data Management skills, including handling data from various sources and maintaining data integrity.
• Candidates should possess Data Modeling skills to design and optimize data structures that support reporting and BI solutions.
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to translate business requirements into metrics, KPIs, and data-driven recommendations.
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and SQL or similar query languages is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with spreadsheets and scripting languages (e.g., Python or R) for data manipulation and automation is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to communicate complex data findings in clear, concise language and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
