Job summary

Confidential Careers seeks a Data Collection Driver responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering data collection projects in Bahrain. You will independently manage schedules, resources, and milestones while serving as the primary client contact to ensure expectations and updates are aligned.

You will handle facility rentals, vendor relationships, and location-specific logistics, coordinating site setups and ensuring operational readiness.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in data collection or facility-intensive project environments.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of experience and demonstrated operational expertise.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize data collection projects including schedule development, resource allocation, and milestone tracking independently.
• Serve as primary client contact for data collection initiatives; manage expectations, provide regular updates, and address client concerns.
• Manage facility rentals, vendor relationships, and location-specific operational logistics.
• Coordinate collection sites setup, support project execution, and ensure operational readiness while maintaining independent accountability for project delivery.
• Lead identification and resolution of operational, facility, and project risks that impact delivery.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources; track performance against baseline and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure projects meet company and client compliance and quality standards.
