Gulf Marketing Group (GMG Group) seeks a creative graphic designer to support our retail stores by designing and executing product customization to maximize customer experience and satisfaction.

You will create digital graphics, manage design templates, and stay current with trends while handling printing equipment and collaborating with the team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong design skills with originality and graphic design flexibility.
• Knowledge of graphic production processes for print.
• Commercial and IT awareness.

Responsibilities

Role Summary

Responsible for supporting Retail Stores by designing and executing product customization in an innovative and creative manner to maximize customer experience and satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities

• Understands creative and customer needs and determines presentation of illustrative designs
• Reviews existing ideas and concepts, revising and modifying them per customer requirements
• Conceptualizes, creates, and delivers digital graphics for printing on products
• Customizes and produces designs for printing on purchased products (e.g. jerseys, running shoes, t-shirts) per customer requirements
• Maintains an archive of logos, photos, design templates, and previous work for future use
• Identifies consumer preferences and trends and translates them into relevant styles and products
• Operates printing equipment and demonstrates proficiency with customization and design software
• Researches and stays current on design trends, equipment/software developments, and customer preferences

Requirements
