American University of Bahrain is seeking a creative Social Media Manager to lead content planning, photography, and video production across platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. You will shoot campus life, edit short-form videos, and publish live event coverage while staying ahead of trends.

You'll collaborate with the Marketing team, analyze engagement data, and maintain a compelling online presence in both Arabic and English.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or related field is required.
• Professional certification in a related field is desirable.

Job Overview:

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Manage AUBH’s social media accounts and develop a monthly content calendar.
2. Generate creative content ideas for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories, and other platforms.
3. Capture high-quality photographs and videos of students, campus life, and university events.
4. Edit short-form videos and produce engaging social media content.
5. Create and publish Instagram Stories and provide live coverage of events and activities.
6. Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to increase engagement.
7. Coordinate with the Marketing team to align content with campaigns and university priorities.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or related field.

Skills and Competencies Required:

• Strong photography skills are a must.
• Ability to shoot and edit short-form videos using tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.

• A portfolio showcasing photography, video editing, or social media content is an advantage.
