Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HVAC Technician role based in Bahrain. The HVAC Technician will install, inspect, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across residential and commercial properties. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing system issues, performing preventive maintenance, checking and adjusting controls, and ensuring optimal energy efficiency. The role also involves responding to service requests, coordinating with property management and other technical staff, and maintaining accurate records of work performed and materials used. The technician is expected to follow safety standards, comply with relevant regulations, and support a high level of tenant comfort and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve HVAC system issues efficiently.
- Candidates should possess practical Plumbing skills relevant to HVAC installations and maintenance.
- Candidates should possess Preventive Maintenance skills to schedule and perform routine inspections and servicing of HVAC equipment.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Electricity and safe electrical practices for HVAC systems.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with EPA or equivalent environmental standards and refrigerant handling guidelines.
- Relevant technical diploma or certification in HVAC or Mechanical/Electrical fields.
- Previous experience as an HVAC technician in residential or commercial properties is preferred.
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and work orders, and to use diagnostic tools and basic computer systems.
- Strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site, manage time effectively, and respond to urgent maintenance requests when required.
