Job summary

PPOAR in Al-Malikiyah, Syria, is urgently seeking an experienced Mason for contract work. You will construct and repair walls, floors and foundations using brick, stone and concrete, with accommodation provided for the duration of the contract.

Requirements include a minimum of 3 years in masonry, ability to read blueprints, proficiency with masonry tools, good physical fitness, and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of masonry experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications.
• Proficiency in using various masonry tools.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials.

Responsibilities

• Constructing and repairing structures according to blueprints and specifications.
• Mixing mortar and applying it to bricks or stones.
• Cutting and shaping bricks or stones to fit around openings.
• Using tools such as trowels, levels, and hammers to lay bricks or stones.
• Repairing cracks or damages in existing structures.
