Job summary

Event Staffing is seeking a skilled Mason to join the team in Al-Malikiyah. You will construct and repair brick, stone, or concrete structures, read blueprints, mix and apply mortar, and shape materials with hand and power tools.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of masonry experience, reads drawings accurately, and can work independently with attention to detail. This is a full-time role with potential overtime and immediate start.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Mason.
• Proficiency in laying bricks and stones in different patterns.
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings accurately.
• Knowledge of mixing mortar and cement ratios.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Construct walls, floors, partitions, fireplaces, chimneys, and other structures according to blueprints.
• Repair damaged structures by replacing bricks or stones.
• Layout patterns or foundations using straightedges, levels, plumb bobs or surveying equipment.
• Mix mortar and cement according to specific ratios.
• Cut or break bricks or stones using hammers or chisels.
• Apply mortar between joints of bricks or stones.
• Clean excess mortar from finished work.
• Use hand or power tools such as trowels, levels, saws, drills and grinders.
• Read blueprints and drawings to determine materials needed for projects.

We are in need of an experienced Mason to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. As a Mason you will be responsible for constructing and repairing structures made of brick, stone or concrete. You must have a strong understanding of masonry techniques and be able to read blueprints and drawings. The ideal candidate will also have experience with mixing and applying mortar, cutting and shaping materials, and using various hand and power tools.

Salary $1400 per month negotiable based on experience.

This is a full-time position with availability for overtime when necessary. We also require our employees to have a valid biometric passport for travel purposes. This is an urgent job opening so we are looking for candidates who can start immediately.
