Job summary

Work in USA is seeking a Contract Construction Manager to oversee all phases of construction projects in Al-Malikiyah. This contract role requires coordinating activities, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring safety and quality standards.

You will hire contractors, negotiate contracts, and obtain permits. Ideal candidates have proven CM experience, strong leadership, and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role.
• Knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team.
• Excellent time management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with budgeting and scheduling tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).
• Own visa to work in Al-Malikiyah (required).
• Valid driver's license (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate construction activities according to project requirements.
• Monitor progress of projects and ensure they are completed on time within budget.
• Ensure quality standards are met by conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues that arise.
• Hire contractors/subcontractors based on project needs and supervise their work.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors/suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Obtain necessary permits/licenses for projects.
• Communicate with project stakeholders and provide regular updates on progress.
• Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
