Job summary

Work in USA is seeking a Contract Construction Manager to oversee all phases of construction projects in Al-Malikiyah. This contract role requires coordinating activities, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

Construction Manager vacancy in Al-Malikiyah Bahrain

Contract Construction Manager

As a Contract Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all phases of construction projects in Al-Malikiyah. Your main duties will include planning and coordinating construction activities, monitoring progress, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and managing budgets and schedules. You will also be responsible for hiring and supervising contractors, negotiating contracts, and obtaining necessary permits and licenses. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in construction management, strong leadership skills, excellent time management abilities, and the ability to work under pressure.

This is a contract position without accommodation provided, so candidates must have their own visa to work in Al-Malikiyah. Freshers with relevant education or experience are welcome to apply.

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Al-Malikiyah, Country: Preference for local or regional candidates
