Job summary

Ecojob is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee all stages of a construction project from planning to completion. The role involves coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors and managing a diverse on-site team to meet timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Proven experience as a construction project manager or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team of workers.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail to ensure projects are completed accurately according to specifications.

Responsibilities

Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project progress.
Oversee the hiring and management of construction workers.
Monitor progress and quality of work on site.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Manage project budgets and make adjustments as needed.
Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of the project.
