Job summary

ZRVS is seeking a Planning Engineer in Bahrain to develop and maintain construction schedules, support project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting for construction projects.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree with 1–3 years of relevant planning experience, and will work full-time in Bahrain with accommodations and visa support provided by the company. This role includes 8-hour duties, a weekly day off, and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of construction planning experience.
• Experience in developing and updating baseline schedules, WBS, and master programs.
• Strong understanding of progress monitoring and scheduling best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update baseline schedules and master construction programs.
• Prepare and maintain project Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
• Monitor project progress against approved schedules.
• Update construction programs based on actual progress.
• Coordinate with project teams to collect progress information.
• Identify delays, schedule deviations, and potential project risks.
• Prepare progress reports and schedule updates.
• Assist management with planning and scheduling activities.
• Maintain accurate planning and project control documentation.
