Job summary

SummitLab in Bahrain is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee all phases of complex projects from planning to delivery. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors, develop timelines and budgets, and ensure safety and compliance on site.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in civil engineering and at least 5 years of leadership in construction management, with strong budgeting, scheduling, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as Construction Manager.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.
• Knowledge of Bahrain building codes and regulations.
• Experience with budgeting and scheduling.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee all phases of construction projects.
• Develop project timelines, schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and other team members.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Monitor progress and quality of work throughout the project.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure project is on track.
• Manage project budget by tracking expenses and making adjustments when necessary.
