Job summary

EliteService Staffing is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee projects in Dar Kulaib. You will coordinate planning, budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management to ensure successful delivery on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction management, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with Primavera or Microsoft Project. A strong safety and quality focus will be essential, with site visits and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager.
• Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, building codes, safety standards, etc.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in project management software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and oversee all construction activities to ensure timely completion within budget.
• Develop budgets and schedules, monitor progress and adjust as needed.
• Source and negotiate with subcontractors, suppliers and vendors for materials and services.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, contractors, etc.
• Manage project documentation such as contracts, change orders, submittals, etc.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations on site.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any concerns.
