Job summary

The Ebrahim Khalil Kanoo Bahrain seeks an Executive, Legal Affairs to draft, review and manage commercial contracts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, provide practical legal guidance, identify risks, coordinate with external counsel, and maintain contract records to support the lifecycle of agreements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent.
• Background in commercial law or contract law is an advantage.
• Experience 3-5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in commercial contract drafting/review or corporate legal affairs.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, amend, and negotiate commercial agreements and contractual documents.
• Identify legal and commercial risks, liabilities, and obligations.
• Provide practical recommendations and alternative wording to protect the Company’s interests.
• Maintain accurate contract records and track renewal dates, expiry dates, and obligations.
• Coordinate with external counsel for specialist advice when needed.
