Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while upholding the highest standards of quality and hygiene.

You will work within a luxury hotel setting, contribute to menu development under senior chefs, and mentor junior staff while maintaining strict safety and cleanliness protocols.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-end setting.
• Culinary diploma or equivalent certification.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section according to the highest standards.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in your section at all times.
• Assist in menu planning and development under the guidance of senior chefs.
• Monitor stock levels and minimize waste.
• Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Train and mentor junior team members when required.
