Job summary

Advanced Search in Bahrain is seeking a customer-focused Sales Associate to drive sales and deliver outstanding service. You will greet customers, help them choose products, and promote the loyalty program while maintaining store standards and supporting visual merchandising.

The role requires effective communication, a willingness to work extended hours during peak periods, and basic knowledge of inventory and POS operations.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in a sales role is preferred and beneficial.
• Ability to contribute to a welcoming customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs.
• Convert window shoppers into buyers through proactive engagement.
• Promote the loyalty program to encourage repeat sales.
• Deliver excellent service following the GUEST model (Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank).
• Stay informed about brands to offer effective cross-selling opportunities.
• Educate customers on product features, materials, and care.
• Operate the POS system and handle payments accurately.
• Maintain store standards and assist with visual merchandising.
• Record inventory and replenish stock as needed.
