Job summary

Nass Corporation is seeking a Car Washer Supervisor in Bahrain to supervise and coordinate all vehicle cleaning activities for rental fleets. You will lead the car wash team, assign duties, and ensure vehicles are cleaned, vacuumed, and prepared to the highest standards before delivery to customers.

You will monitor supplies, train staff on cleaning techniques and safety, maintain records, and liaise with operations and fleet teams to prioritize schedules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driving license is an advantage.
• Experience in car rental or automotive industries is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of vehicle cleaning methods, products, and equipment.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic record-keeping and reporting skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the car wash team on a daily basis.
• Assign work schedules and duties to car wash attendants.
• Ensure all rental vehicles are cleaned, washed, vacuumed, and prepared according to company standards.
• Conduct quality inspections before vehicle handover.
• Monitor the availability and proper use of cleaning materials, chemicals, and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the washing area.
• Train and guide employees on proper vehicle cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
• Report vehicle damages, defects, or maintenance concerns identified during cleaning.
• Maintain daily records of cleaned vehicles and staff attendance.
• Coordinate with operations and fleet teams to prioritize vehicle preparation schedules.
• Resolve operational issues and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
