Little Krazy in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Captain Waiter to lead a designated dining section and deliver an exceptional, personalised service from arrival to departure. You will mentor junior team members, upsell premium menu items, coordinate with kitchen and bar teams, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality while embodying the Little Krazy brand.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience as a Captain Waiter or Senior Waiter in premium settings.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service including menu pairings and allergens.
• Experience using restaurant POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalised table service in line with restaurant standards.
• Own a designated dining section and ensure smooth service each shift.
• Welcome guests, present menus, and make confident recommendations.
• Upsell premium menu items and beverages to enhance guest experience and revenue.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure accurate and timely orders.
• Lead and mentor junior staff, maintaining service standards.
• Maintain table settings and oversee payment processing.
