Job summary

Qualifications

Jewelry design and fashion jewelry knowledge for collections and bespoke creation.
Customer service to deliver personalized, discreet experiences.
Knowledge of polishing and craftsmanship to explain quality and care of High Jewellery.
Training capabilities to share product knowledge with team members.
Strong sales and clienteling in luxury retail.
Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Professionalism, integrity, and cultural sensitivity with attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
Background in luxury jewellery/watches/fashion; gemology training a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct private viewings and present collections with deep product knowledge.
Guide clients through the full purchase journey with an elevated, discreet experience.
Coordinate appointments and maintain detailed client profiles and follow-ups.
Collaborate with design and workshop teams on custom orders.
Support in-store events and trunk shows.
