Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff work together as a team and guests are attended to.
• Inspect and maintain banquet area setup, furniture, and equipment for cleanliness and readiness.
• Set up banquet areas and respond to special event arrangements.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests, communicate with guests and departments to meet needs.
• Document relevant information in department logs and follow safety policies.
