JobCenter in Manama is seeking a dedicated Baker Assistant to join our bakery team on a full-time basis. No prior experience is required; training will be provided by the head baker. You will assist with mixing ingredients, kneading dough, operating ovens, decorating pastries, and keeping the workspace clean. Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends is needed.

You will contribute to maintaining hygiene, assisting with inventory, and supporting a smooth bakery operation daily.

Qualifications

Baker Assistant

A bakery in Manama is seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Baker Assistant. This full-time position is suitable for men and does not require previous experience or accommodation.

As a Baker Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the head baker in preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. This includes measuring and mixing ingredients, kneading dough, operating ovens, and decorating finished products.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for baking and a willingness to learn from experienced bakers. Attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes accurately are essential for this role. Additionally, candidates must be physically fit as the job may involve standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy items.

In this role, you will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the bakery work area. This includes cleaning equipment, utensils, and work surfaces after use. You may also be required to assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting any shortages to the head baker.

We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this position. As our bakery operates on weekdays as well as weekends, flexibility with working hours is required.
