Job summary

DHL Express Bahrain is seeking a proactive First Officer to join our international aircraft operations at Bahrain International Airport. You will support the captain, ensure safe flight conduct, and follow all SOPs and regulatory requirements to uphold our safety standards.

The ideal candidate holds an ICAO CPL/IR with ATPL knowledge credit, a valid Class 1 Medical Certificate, and 1,500+ total flight hours, including jet/turboprop experience above MTOM thresholds.

Qualifications

• ICAO CPL/IR with ATPL theoretical knowledge credit.
• Valid unrestricted Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• Minimum 1,500 hours Total Flight Time.
• Minimum 500 hours on jet or turboprop with MTOM over 10–18 tons.

Responsibilities

• Assist captain to ensure safe and efficient flight operations.
• Comply with company SOPs, flight manuals, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain airworthiness, loading security, route familiarity and weather assessments.
• Advise management on safety issues and aircraft serviceability.
• Support decision-making with the commander and foster teamwork for on-time performance.
