Job summary

Beond, based in Manama, Bahrain, is seeking a Nominated Postholder Security (NPSeM) to lead the certification, launch and ongoing oversight of our Bahrain operation. The holder will ensure compliance with the Bahrain National Civil Aviation Security Programme, define security budgets, and oversee training for crew and staff across all stations.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of aviation-security concepts and security programmes.
• At least 5 years' relevant work experience, with 2+ years in aeronautical industry.
• Knowledge of Bahrain ANTR, BCAA requirements, and ICAO Annex 17.
• Ability to work with authorities and manage security across stations.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the Aircraft Operator Security Programme (AOSP).
• Establish security standards, policy and budget alignment.
• Oversee security training and awareness for crew and staff.
• Lead risk assessment and mitigation of security threats.
• Liaise with BCAA, airports and ground-handling providers.
• Manage Emergency Response Plan and security SMS.
