Job summary

Tribute Portfolio is seeking a dynamic hotel sales professional in Manama to drive revenue across corporate, government, leisure, and MICE accounts.

You will conduct sales calls, client visits, and site inspections, generate new business, promote rooms and F&B facilities, and coordinate with hotel departments to ensure exceptional guest and client service, while maintaining accurate records and reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of hotel sales experience, preferably with an international hotel brand.
  • Experience in corporate, government, leisure, group, and MICE sales.
  • Strong knowledge of the local market and business accounts.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and generate new business.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong customer relationship and networking skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and hotel sales/CRM systems.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Professional, proactive, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
