Job summary

Advanced Search is seeking a TTT Assistant Manager to translate client requirements into practical data solutions across tax, compliance, and analytics. You will own end-to-end modules, build data pipelines, dashboards, and documentation for measurable compliance outcomes.

You will collaborate with Tax, Finance, and Tech stakeholders, deliver repeatable analytics workflows in Alteryx/Tableau/SQL, and support AI-enabled use cases while ensuring client-ready outputs.

Qualifications

• Typically 7+ years experience in tax technology delivery, tax/compliance reporting transformation, data & analytics delivery, or consulting/industry roles involving tax data and reporting.
• Hands-on capability with SQL and at least one analytics workflow and dashboarding tool (preferably Alteryx and Tableau) to deliver reconciliations and reporting outputs.
• Experience supporting testing cycles (SIT/UAT), manage defects, and produce clear documentation for software-enabled solutions.
• Experience supporting eInvoicing and VAT digital reporting initiatives, including data-driven VAT reporting frameworks.
• Exposure to AI/GenAI-enabled delivery support activities (validation, adoption support, controls through human oversight).
• Credentials aligned to role focus (tax/accounting qualification, data/analytics certifications, agile/testing credentials).

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate, traceable outputs that support tax and accounting compliance reporting.
• Maintain documentation, repeatable logic, and evidence-ready outputs.
• Support indirect tax reporting improvements through data readiness and validations.
• Prepare/validate data and assist with testing for eInvoicing and VAT reporting.
• Build repeatable analytics workflows using SQL/Alteryx and dashboards in Tableau.
• Validate AI/GenAI outputs and assist with user adoption.
• Collaborate with client users to clarify requirements and iterate on solutions.
• Own deliverables end-to-end including data prep, dashboard build, test packs, and documentation.
• Ensure data quality, logic integrity, and documentation completeness.
• Demonstrate learning agility and secure delivery.
• Travel willingness across MENA.
