Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years in hotel or resort engineering.
• Degree or diploma in mechanical, electrical engineering or building management.
• Deep understanding of local safety, fire and health codes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all administrative, financial and operating aspects of the hotel engineering division.
• Ensure safe, profitable operation and compliance with Wyndham standards.
• Lead security, safety, and energy conservation programs and audits.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and monthly P&L reviews for the department.
