Job summary

Choithrams Bahrain is seeking an experienced baker to join our bakery team. You will mix, weigh ingredients, set oven temperatures, bake items, and ensure product quality while maintaining production records.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in Bakery & Pastry production, can support other bakers, and perform duties assigned by senior staff, helping keep the bake house efficient and compliant with standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Bakery & Pastry production.
• Experience in baking and pastry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mix and bake ingredients to produce bread, rolls, cookies, pies, pastries, and other baked goods.
• Weigh flour and ingredients to prepare batters, doughs, and fillings.
• Set oven temperatures and bake items.
• Check product quality and identify damaged or expired goods.
• Prepare and maintain inventory and production records.
• Conduct cycle stock counts for bakery items.
• Wash and clean utensils used for baking.
• Support other bakers and bakery helpers with their workload.
• Perform duties assigned by Senior Baker, Store Manager, or Assistant Store Manager.
