Job summary

Jing Hau in Manama is seeking a seasoned Head Baker to oversee all baking operations in our busy bakery. This full-time role demands strong leadership, expert baking skills, and a passion for quality.

You will plan production of all baked goods, manage and train a team of bakers, monitor inventory, ensure food safety, and develop new recipes to keep our offerings fresh and exciting in a vibrant Bahraini market.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a head baker or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
• Ability to manage and motivate a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Must have a valid work permit for Bahrain or be willing to obtain one

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the production of all baked goods, ensuring high quality and consistency
• Manage and train a team of bakers, providing guidance and support as needed
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary to maintain production
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards at all times
