Abroad Work in Isa Town, Bahrain, is seeking an experienced Baker to join our team. You will prepare a variety of baked goods, measure and mix ingredients, shape dough, decorate products, and maintain a clean, organized kitchen.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of professional bakery experience, strong knowledge of baking techniques, and the ability to create visually appealing items. Biometric passport is a plus.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Baker in a professional bakery or restaurant setting.
• Extensive knowledge of different baking techniques and methods.
• Ability to create unique and visually appealing baked goods.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in baking.
• Biometric passport preferred, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare doughs by measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipes.
• Shape dough into desired forms before baking (e.g. loaves, rolls, croissants).
• Decorate finished products with glazes, icings or other toppings.
• Bake items using proper temperatures and times for different types of baked goods.
• Monitor ovens to ensure proper cooking times are followed.
• Keep track of inventory levels and order supplies when needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times.
• Adhere to food safety standards and regulations.
