Gulf Air is seeking a Contact Centre Agent to deliver excellent customer service and sales interactions for both internal and external customers. You will handle flight reservations, quote fares, enroll FFP members, and promote Gulf Air products while maintaining data accuracy and meeting KPI targets.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, call center or travel trade experience is a plus, and proficiency in computer systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Training or experience in call center, ticketing, or travel trade preferred.
• Computer literacy required.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound and outbound calls 24/7, identify customer needs and provide solutions.
• Promote Gulf Air products and upsell services to generate revenue.
• Book and sell Gulf Air flights using reservation/CRM systems.
• Maintain data accuracy and resolve customer inquiries promptly.
• Meet KPI targets and adhere to schedules.
• Support corporate clients and coordinate with internal teams.
