A global biopharma company is seeking a Process Lead Compliance and Forex in Brussels. This role involves overseeing the FX Risk management and compliance across the Regional Treasury Team in Europe. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in treasury operations and internal control, play a vital role in coordinating with stakeholders, and bring strong analytical and communication skills. Reporting solid line to the Head of Regional Treasury team – Europe, the Process Lead Compliance & Forex will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all activities related to Fx Risk management and compliance across the geographical areas within the RTT with the objective to harmonize the process and will ensure the reliability and the accuracy of the outcomes. He/She will also be responsible for some operational tasks within one of the geographical areas.
