A residential property management company in West-Vlaanderen is seeking a Maintenance Engineer responsible for all physical operations and repairs of the luxury residential building. The ideal candidate must have skilled painting experience, knowledge of maintenance tasks, including plumbing and basic electrical repairs. The role requires entering occupied apartments for repairs and maintaining good relationships with staff and residents. The position offers hourly pay between $20 and $22.
The Maintenance Engineer for a luxury residential building is responsible for all physical operations, maintenance, and repairs of the property, including preservation and maintenance of the facility first‑class manner in accordance with company policies and procedures, maintaining and/or decreasing operating expenses, providing a quality business environment for tenants, and establishing positive, productive working relationships with property staff. This individual needs to have a skillset with painting such as surround drywall repairs, patching, texturizing and painting, with the ability to assist in a general maintenance capacity as needed.
$20 – $22 an hour
