Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager based in the Brussels Metropolitan Area. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth within the assigned region by developing and executing effective sales strategies. Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with the marketing and product development teams. The role demands a proactive approach to achieving sales targets and maintaining a deep understanding of the company's probiotic product offerings.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to develop and close business deals
  • Experience in market research, data analysis, and developing actionable strategies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage clients and stakeholders effectively
  • A solid understanding of probiotics, functional foods, and nutritional science
  • Capability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
  • Proficiency in managing a sales pipeline, CRM tools, and sales metrics
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the probiotics or functional food industries is highly preferred
  • Fluency in English is required, and additional language proficiency is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Brussels Metropolitan Area and nearby regions
