Q8Truck is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Antwerp. You will handle inquiries by phone and email in English, Slovenian, Serbian and Croatian, ensuring quick, accurate responses and a positive customer experience.

You will investigate issues, resolve complaints, and coordinate with Sales, Credit and Treasury to support invoicing and payments. A secondary education diploma and 1–3 years in service roles are required.

• Fluent in English, Slovenian, Serbian and Croatian.
• 1–3 years in customer service or related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to explain complex information clearly and remain customer focused.
