A leading energy company is seeking an HR Manager in Antwerp to develop HR strategies that support business growth and improve employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of HR experience with a strong strategic focus and proven success in organizational development. Qualifications

• At least 10 years of HR experience, including 5 years in a senior HR role.
• Experience with organizational and cultural transformations.
• Experience in an industrial or production environment is advantageous.
• Industrial or production environment experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience with post-acquisition integrations is a plus.
• Comfortable in an international matrix organization.
• Strong stakeholder management and coaching skills.
