Johnson & Johnson Beerse site is seeking a Weekend V2V Planner to support the EMEA network with planning and logistics during weekends and off-hours. You will monitor inbound and outbound movements, escalate disruptions, and ensure on-time delivery for patients.

This role follows a compressed 4-day week (4x10-hour shifts, Wednesday to Saturday) within the new V2V weekend model, offering collaboration across Quality, Packaging, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams to ensure continuous patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or demonstrated equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Life Sciences, or Cell & Gene Therapy.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.
• Familiarity with critical issue management and resolution frameworks.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and development, with a positive can-do mindset.

Responsabilités

• Provide active planning oversight during weekdays, weekends and off-hours.
• Monitor inbound and outbound activities and manufacturing progress, including re-scheduling when required.
• Act as an escalation point for operational disruptions.
• Ensure seamless handover between weekend planning, scheduling, and management teams.
• Coordinate with Quality, Couriers, Global Planning, Commercial, and Manufacturing teams.
• Participate in or lead projects focused on process optimization and system readiness.
