Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Beerse, Belgium, seeks a Senior MRP Planner Advanced Therapies to ensure material availability and planning maturity for cell therapy products. You will partner with Global Supply Chain colleagues to manage inventory and implement improvements across base and launch activities.

In this senior role, you will own MRPs, drive S&OP with internal teams, and collaborate with Vein to Vein, IT, and Quality to optimize supply, cost, and risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering or Supply Chain required.
• Supply Chain or Six Sigma certification (APICS, Green/Black Belt) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain healthy inventory levels while minimizing excess, obsolete and expired materials.
• Develop, maintain, publish and communicate Materials Requirements Plans (MRP).
• Identify issues impacting supply and drive short- and long-term planning.
• Drive S&OP maturity with suppliers and improve demand/supply visibility.
• Partner with Operations, IT, Procurement, Warehouse and Quality to resolve issues.
• Drive inventory health, cost optimization and strategic initiatives.
• Represent Planning in strategic projects and leadership forums.
• Cross-train with peers to enhance planning capabilities and agility.
• Learn the complexities of advanced therapies materials quickly.
