Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Weekend V2V Planner to support the EMEA network, focusing on planning, logistics, and continuity of patient material flow. The role covers a compressed four-day workweek with 4 × 10-hour shifts, Wednesday to Saturday, across Beerse and the region.

You will monitor and adjust schedules, cooperate with Quality, Couriers, and Manufacturing, and act as a key contact for treatment sites to ensure timely delivery for patients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Life Sciences, or Cell & Gene Therapy is required.
• Strong end-to-end supply chain knowledge and communication skills are essential.
• Experience with issue management and continuous learning is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide planning oversight during weekdays, weekends, and off-hours.
• Monitor inbound/outbound activities and manufacturing progress; reschedule as needed.
• Act as escalation point for operational disruptions and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with Quality, Couriers, Global Planning, and Manufacturing teams.
• Develop and track operational metrics and update SOPs and manuals.
