Johnson & Johnson in Belgium is seeking a V2V Weekend Planner to support the end-to-end Autologous Cell Therapy supply chain across EMEA. You will work Sunday to Wednesday, 4×10-hour shifts, providing planning oversight, coordinating with Quality, Couriers, Global Planning and manufacturing teams, and handling weekend escalations.

The role emphasizes process optimization, system readiness (EU2, COI/C, ATSM, CCM), risk mitigation, and clear communication across sites to ensure on-time patient

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Life Sciences, or Cell & Gene Therapy required.
At least 4 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning or logistics.
Experience with ERP systems, especially SAP, and familiarity with end-to-end supply chain processes.

Responsabilités

Provide active planning oversight during weekdays, weekends and off-hours for the V2V network.
Coordinate with Quality, Couriers, Global Planning, Commercial, LC/WH, Manufacturing and other teams.
Execute contingency plans to protect on-time delivery and support material movements.
Develop and track operational metrics, update SOPs, and support site certification activities.
