Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• GMP-regulated environment experience is an advantage, especially in QC.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; molecular biology lab exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support daily QC operations in collaboration with supervisors, analysts, Production, Warehouse, and QA.
• Lead QC investigations and prepare final investigation reports after root-cause analysis.
• Define, implement and monitor corrective actions; coordinate cross-department investigations.
• Develop and deliver training or awareness sessions within QC.
