Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Beerse, Belgium, is seeking a QC CAR-T Investigation Coordinator for the Innovative Medicine Supply Chain Group. The role focuses on supporting daily QC operations and leading investigations related to CAR-T processes within a GMP framework.

The weekend team works Saturday and Sunday from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in biochemistry or related field, with strong knowledge of cGMP and FDA/EU guidance, plus experience in GMP settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s with relevant experience.
• Knowledge of cGMP regulations and FDA/EU guidance is required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• GMP-regulated environment experience is an advantage.
• Experience with molecular and cell biology techniques is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support daily QC operations in collaboration with supervisors, analysts, Production, Warehouse, and QA.
• Lead QC investigations and prepare final investigation reports with thorough root cause analysis.
• Define and implement corrective actions; monitor effectiveness and ensure timely closure.
• Coordinate cross-departmental QC investigations and act as QC representative.
• Develop and deliver training or awareness sessions within QC.
