Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Beerse, Belgium is seeking a QC CAR-T Investigation Coordinator to join the Innovative Medicine Supply Chain Group. The weekend team role runs Saturdays and Sundays from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, supporting daily QC operations and investigations in a GMP-regulated environment.

Responsibilities include leading investigations, implementing corrective actions, coordinating with multiple departments, and delivering QC training.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in biochemistry, biotechnology, or a related field; or a Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.
Knowledge of cGMP regulations and FDA/EU guidance is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently in a GMP-regulated environment.

Responsibilities

Support daily QC operations in collaboration with supervisors, analysts, Production, Warehouse, and QA.
Lead QC investigations and prepare final investigation reports based on root cause analysis.
Define and implement corrective actions and monitor their effectiveness.
Coordinate cross-departmental QC investigations and serve as the QC representative.
Develop and deliver training or awareness sessions within QC.
