Swatch Group in Antwerpen invites applications for a Sales Associate (M/F/X) for our store. This part-time position (32h) offers an attractive salary package and benefits.

You welcome customers, advise on products, drive loyalty, replenish stock, and participate in team meetings. Fluent Dutch and English are required; other languages are a plus.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will represent the brand and uphold Swatch/Flik-Flak values in daily interactions.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

Responsabilités

• Advice on and sale of products presented in the shop
• Welcoming customers
• Customer acquisition and loyalty
• Advising customers and helping them with their choices
• Replenishing and storing products
• Active participation in team meetings
• Cleaning and tidying the Store if needed
• Contribute to the achievement of shop objectives
• Compliance with rules and regulations (Dresscode, etc.)
• Maintain and improve own knowledge of products and techniques
• Participation in training sessions
• Sharing knowledge and experience with colleagues.
