V2X, a division of Vectrus, Inc., is seeking a Warehouse Operations Administrator to oversee all administrative activities for the Service Operations warehouse. You will handle inbound receipts, create picklists, and document transactions in AFMIS database while ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

The role requires strong Excel/Word skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with warehouse staff and management under pressure.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

  • Receives all inbound shipments into AFMIS database system.
  • Creates warehouse picklist for pallets/cartons/pieces received into the Service Operations warehouse.
  • Handles packing list and/or bill of lading for product received.
  • Documents exceptions to receipt within 24 hours.
  • Uploads photos of damage to database.
  • Communicates receiving issues to warehouse management.
  • Scans packing lists/BOL and updates database naming conventions.
  • Updates product locations and statuses in database.
  • Allocates receiving time against project documentation.
  • Researches unknown shipment receipts with Receiving/Installation Coordinators.
  • Generates daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

This position is physically located in the Marshall Islands in support of LOGCAP

Responsible for all Warehouse Operations administrative activities for Service Operations. Responsible for all warehouse transactions into the business system, for receiving, locating, storage and pulling of product for the Service Operations warehouse. Works regularly with warehouse, office and management staff. Will be required to communicate effectively, be technically proficient and able to accomplish time-sensitive tasks, promptly and on time. Must remain calm under pressure, multi-task, and effectively problem-solve. A very high level of accuracy and commitment is required

Responsibilities

This position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company.

  • Receives all inbound shipments into AFMIS database system.
  • Creates warehouse picklist for pallets/cartons/pieces received into the Service Operations warehouse.
  • Handles the packing list and/or bill of lading for all product received into the warehouse and AFMIS database system.
  • Accurately documents any exceptions to the receipt of product, within 24 hours or before (damage, shortages, overages, etc.).
  • Uploads clear, accurate pictures associated with damage, into database.
  • Communicates any receiving issues and/or discrepancies to the warehouse management team.
  • Scans all packing lists/BOL into database and updates the naming convention.
  • Attaches the receiving packing list/BOL to the assigned project in database.
  • Updates product locations in database.
  • Changes status in database, as required. (ie: receiving, product pulled, etc.)
  • Allocates warehouse receiving time against the project documented on the packing list or BOL.
  • Researches unknown shipment receipts in database and works closely with the Receiving Coordinator and/or Installation Coordinator, if unable to resolve.
  • Regular reporting duties are part of the job scope, including daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Timely submission of reports is necessary to keep stakeholders informed about warehouse operations.
  • Provides photo of unknown shipping label and item, and documents in database.
  • Receives product pulls for project deliveries.
  • Prints pull request containing the locations, number of pallets, product and any partial pull documents.
  • Reviews and prints load plan, when required.
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Minimum Qualifications: Education/Certifications: One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
  • Education/Certifications:
    • Requires a high school diploma or GED
  • Experience:
    • Up to 2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Operations database experience is preferred, as well as previous working experience with Microsoft Word, and Excel.
    • Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within field
  • Skills:
    • Ability to fluently speak and understand English.
    • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, technical procedures, and/or governmental regulations.
    • Ability to read and analyze architectural drawings and blueprints.
    • Ability to write reports and general business correspondence.
    • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and the general public.
    • Attention to detail, highly organized, multi-tasking, continuous follow through, keen ability to research and learn new things, excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working Conditions:
    • Must be capable of working in an extreme weather conditions with temperatures exceeding 85 degrees Fahrenheit.
    • Indoor and/or outdoor environment with very adverse and harsh conditions (i.e., hot, wet, tropical environment with average temperatures of 85 degrees in the summer months).
    • Includes some industrial production environment conditions as well.
    • The worker is subject to noise. There is sufficient noise to cause the worker to shout in order to be heard about ambient noise level.
    • The worker is subject to hazards. Includes a variety of physical conditions, such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, working on scaffolding and high places, exposure to high heat or exposure to chemicals
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
    • Work may require heavy lifting, stooping, climbing, prolonged standing, prolonged sitting, and working with or in areas where a potential could exist for exposure to physical, chemical, or biological agents.
    • Employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required for some situations. PPE includes, but is not limited to, head, foot, torso, respiratory, vision, and hearing protective devices.
    • Must comply with all Fire and Safety Regulations and post policies
