JD Logistics is seeking a motivated Warehouse Team Leader to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team in achieving high standards of safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction. The role coordinates activities, ensures efficient workflow, and supports continuous improvement in a fast-paced logistics environment.

You will lead a team during shifts, plan daily operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping, and monitor performance to meet targets and SLAs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse or logistics experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and inventory management.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or overtime when required.
