JINGDONG Logistics (JD Logistics) in Belgium seeks a strategic warehousing operations leader to plan and develop systems aligned with corporate strategy and drive scalable growth across our global network.

You will steer SOP design, oversee overseas warehouse coordination, optimize inbound/outbound flows, inventory audits, and order fulfillment while building capable teams and managing risk to ensure reliable, compliant operations.

• Strategic Planning and System Development: Establish warehousing objectives and SOPs aligned with strategy to drive standardization and growth.
• Business Coordination and Process Enhancement: Oversee overseas warehouse operations, inbound/outbound logistics, inventory audits and order fulfillment; refine workflows for efficiency.
• Team Leadership and Risk Management: Build teams, develop staffing strategies, ensure regulatory compliance and stable warehouse operations.
• Resource Optimization and Service Excellence: Coordinate local warehousing networks and multi-party resources to improve storage and distribution and customer satisfaction.

About the Role

The role involves strategic planning and system development for warehousing operations, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and optimizing processes for growth.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning and System Development: Establish warehousing strategic objectives and operational regulations aligned with corporate strategy. Design and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for warehouse operations to drive standardization, ensuring efficient and orderly processes that support organizational growth requirements.
• Business Coordination and Process Enhancement: Oversee coordination of overseas warehouse operations, single-piece distribution, and reverse logistics. Manage end-to-end processes including inbound/outbound logistics, inventory audits, and order fulfillment. Analyze operational metrics to continuously refine workflows, boosting both storage efficiency and order processing capabilities.
• Team Leadership and Risk Management: Lead organizational development including team building, talent cultivation, and structural optimization. Develop localized staffing strategies to mitigate employment risks while enhancing team performance and regulatory compliance, ensuring stable warehouse operations.
• Resource Optimization and Service Excellence: Develop networks of local warehousing and logistics service providers. Enhance storage and distribution systems by coordinating multi-party resources to deliver superior localized services. Drive customer satisfaction and competitive advantage through standardized and regionally-adapted warehousing solutions.
